Ojude Aso requires a processing time of 1-15 working days before items are handed over to the courier.
We require a contact number, email address and full delivery address for delivery. if any information is missing, it could lead to delays in delivery.
If for any reason any item is out of stock, we would contact you.
- For deliveries within Lagos, our courier aims to deliver within 24 hours after picking from our warehouse.
- For deliveries within Nigeria, we aim to deliver within 1-3 working days for delivery.
- For deliveries outside Nigeria, we ship with DHL, they aim to deliver within 3-5 working days for delivery.
Some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to WANNI FUGA and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.
We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 business days (Monday to Friday) of delivery.
Exchanges on full-priced items are free, and returns are complimentary in qualifying cases.
